As one of the founding members of CAERDA, Duc-Le To has led CAERDA tirelessly for 18 years, serving in multiple roles from the president to the director of membership. His unselfish commitment and devotion to the association has kept CAERDA running through all these years. Duc-Le is fondly remembered for his leadership to the association, for his advice and counsel for new professionals, and perhaps most of all, for his consideration and loyalty to friends.
