Notice of the 1^st International Conference on Multi-culture and Education

The 1^st International Seminar on Multi-culture and Education is scheduled to be held at Xinjiang Normal University in Urumqi, Xinjiang from June 21^st to 22^nd. The conference will cover various areas including language studies under multi-cultural background, intercultural communication, bilingual education, psychological development and education, educational sciences, teacher training, vocational education, special education, rural education and civil education. The forum aims to promote education research in Xinjiang as well as the interaction and cooperation between domestic and overseas experts on education researches so as to facilitate the education cause of Xinjiang for the service of the society.

Requests for Essays
1. Essays should be of academic and practical value, never published in domestic or overseas journals before.
2. The submitted abstracts should be no more than 500 words and written in both Chinese and English. Essays are to be submitted after your abstracts are censored as valid.
3. Domestic essays should be censored by relevant departments with non-confidential confirmations.
4. Seminar participants should submit CV in both Chinese and English languages.

Deadline for Abstracts: April 25^th, 2014
Acceptance Notice: 10 working days after receiving and censoring the abstracts
Deadline for Essays: May 25^th, 2014
Conference Date: June 21^st -22^nd, 2014

Convention Expense:
$300 for overseas scholars and ¥1000 for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwanese and domestic experts. (Conference participants have to bear the food and accommodation expenses.)
