Responsibilities include:
Prepare statistical and analytical reports; collect and format data for
reporting; develop, maintain and manipulate computerized databases. Develop
forecast and trend information for reports. Establish and maintain
appropriate computer files for efficient data retrieval. Conduct studies to
assist strategic planning, budgeting, and decision making. Provide daily
support of management of office processes by developing and producing ad
hoc queries. Create specific reports used for Common Data Set (CDS) and the
Federal Quality Assurance Program (QAP).
Qualifications/attributes:
Familiarity with research methodologies and statistics; SAS, Excel, or
other data analysis software required. Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's degree preferred. Experience with financial aid data and/or
working in a financial aid office is preferable. Working knowlege of
financial aid office current software package -Sigma System's Student Aid
Management (SAM ) is a plus. Ability to think "out of the box";
multi-tasking of competing priroties and deadlines in a dynamic
environment. Ability to contribute to positive work environment. Affinity
for continuous quality improvement philosophy. Ability to adapt to dynamic
enviroment and be a self-starter. Minimum salary $30,000.
