Hotel Reservation

Thanks to the hard work of the conference committee lead by Dr. Chi-en Huang, we are pleased to announce that we have negotiated with the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott (216 E. Ontario Street, 312-787-3777) to provide a special discount to CAERDA attendees at $109 plus tax for single occupancy and $119 plus tax for double occupancies. The rate is good for any period of occupancy from April 4 to April 13, 2007. Reservation must be made directly with the hotel before March 15, 2007 in order to receive the guaranteed discount on a first-come first-serve basis. At present only phone reservations are accepted. Please call 312-787-3777 and ask for Larry Holland or Sheila. Be sure to mention the conference name (CAERDA) when making the reservation. Another possibility is to check popular hotel websites such as www.Hotels.com or www.travelocity.com for special deals. If you wish to share a hotel room with another CAERDA attendee, please contact the conference chair at Leigh.Wang@uc.edu.
